Well I have good and bad news to share. Unfortunately despite heroic efforts we lost four of the Baker's Dozen this past weekend. Max and Danley were lost in tragic accidents, and Lex and Copernicus to some congenital defect. It has been a very long a sad weekend, and I wanted to make sure everyone else was stable and happy before updating everyone.
The rest of the crew is now the Noble Nine. They have settled happily into a routine, nursing off momma Bella and getting topped off with formula. They are all growing and gaining. I have some new pics below.
I want to thank all my friends who have helped me through the last weekend. Linda, Joanna, Addy, and Brittany - I would have been a wreck without you. And special thanks to Stacey, who not only helped with fluids/warming/and tube feeding, but who offered use of her momma dog Tattie, who is not only her best friend but also her service dog. I know what a sacrifice that is. Thanks Stacey and Tattie!
